This was my first time ever purchasing flowers online, it was also my first time for funneral flowers. When I called customer service and explained it was my first time and why i needed them 2 hours away from where I lived my representative was a big help from beginning to end. The flowers were delivered the next day like they were suppose to be from a local florist and around the time my rep and I had discussed. I recieved an email notifying me of the delivery. I had only seen a picture of the flowers on the website. When I arrived to the funeral home I knew exactly which one was from me. It was exactly like the picture except for the vase, which was even prettier than the one in the picture. I recieved a ton and I mean a TON of compliments on the flowers. They were even one of the few, choosen by the family to be placed on the site. The size was exactly like the website said. I just can't say how suprised I was, because I was not expecting them to be so picture perfect. I also priced the flowers to other flowers and florists and they were a great price, buying them directly from a florist with delivery would have cost over 100 dollars more. In the end the arrangement was fresh, beautiful, blooming, elegant, delivered on time and very well worth what I paid for it.
