The From You Flowers Story

From You Flowers® is owned and operated by partners with over 35 years of combined experience in the floral industry. We are a member of the BloomNet network and have delivery capabilities worldwide via our affiliation with over 30,000 premier florists from around the world.

From You Flowers® offers a complete selection of personal and corporate floral and gift items appropriate for any occasion and every sentiment. This includes fresh flowers, plants, balloons and gift baskets. We have a full-service Special Client Services department, with a separate phone number and dedicated staff designed to meet all the needs of our customers.

Job Openings

We currently have openings for Customer Service Representatives. In this position you will:

1. Work with customers to insure their total satisfaction
2. Talk with customers by phone concerning orders, products and issues
3. Receive and enter phone and fax orders
4. Call customers when necessary to obtain additional information necessary to process orders
5. Contact florists to determine status of delivery or to make corrections or changes to order

Getting Here

From Middletown/Hartford

Take Route 9 South to Exit 2 and follow Route 154 South towards Old Saybrook for about a mile and a half. You will pass the entrance to Route 95 and should continue on 154. After going through a traffic light with Pat's Kountry Kitchen on the right, you will see the entrance to Saybrook Junction on your right side. We are located in the corner of the Saybrook Junction building.

From New London

Follow 95 South towards New Haven. Take Exit 68 and follow Route 1 South to the intersection of Route 1 and Route 154. Make a left at the traffic light (Pat's Kountry Kitchen will be on the opposite right corner). Immediately after making a left at the light you will see the entrance to Saybrook Junction on your right side. We are located in the corner of the Saybrook Junction building.

From New Haven

Follow 95 North towards New London. Take Exit 67 and follow signs for Route 154 South. You will come to a traffic light with Pat's Kountry Kitchen on the right. Go straight through this light and you will see the entrance to Saybrook Junction on your right side. We are located in the corner of the Saybrook Junction building

From You Flowers is always looking for motivated, customer service oriented individuals who are looking for a career, not just a job.

As a Customer Service Representative, the responsibilities include:

1. Working with customers to insure their total satisfaction
2. Talking with customers by phone concerning orders, products and issues
3. Receiving and entering phone and fax orders
4. Calling customers when necessary to obtain additional information necessary to process orders
5. Contacting florists to determine status of delivery or to make corrections or changes to order

Once you demonstrate the ability to perform the job responsibilities well and you have excellent attendance record, you may be provided the opportunity to move on and assist us in other departments including Resolutions, Special Accounts, Emails or Finance. Exceptional employees may also be asked to step in to a leadership role.

How will I learn the job?

Our customers love our well-trained workforce! From You Flowers takes pride in its training program. Each new employee receives 8-12 hours of classroom training plus hands-on training prior to answering calls. And, employees are paid their regular hourly rate for the time they spend training!
