This beautiful bouquet was not available as shown on the website due to the Zip Code area of delivery, however, FromYouFlowers immediately contacted me once they got the order to advise and let me know they would work with the local florist to create a version as close as possible or work with me if that was not suitable. Customer Service Staff were truly 5* and I was VERY PLEASED with my first order through FromYouFlowers. They take their Customer Service seriously and deliver!

I wanted to make amends so I requested the "I'm Sorry!" floral arrangement. After "several calls" to FYF to confirm my "Same Day Delivery" on a Saturday, I was left frustrated & angry because I was told the reputable local florist had closed @ 12noon & FYF, @ 8pm, was unable to tract my request & give me a status report. However, I called my recipient's home Sunday morning & was told by the recipient that it was a wonderful surprise & the excitment of not knowing who sent the beautifully arranged floral bouquet, "Let the Sunshine In", melted her heart. Best yet, we're friends again. What started off as a negative, ended on very good note☺!!
