Sent this bear and balloon to an 11 yr old girl who just loved it...really made her birthday special to get something delivered just for her. The bear was even better quality than I thought it would be...I paid extra to have it delivered the next day before noon...they couldn't get it there until 3:00 pm...but gave me an immediate refund and a coupon off my next order. I will definitely order again!
