My husband forgot to send his mother a card for her birthday and we had seen her 1 week before and gave a gift to her. When I asked if he sent the card he was upset so I looked up same day delivery in her area and was pleasantly surprised to find your website! I found this beautiful arrangement and it was 7 dollars off online! She received the flowers 3 hours later amd was very happy! Thank you I will definetly come back!

I sent this bouquet to my mom for Mother's Day and was incredibly disappointed with the delivered product, especially after reading so many positive comments. All of the decorative flowers - the delphiniums and Monte Casino blooms - were extremely wilted and dead and several leaves were brown or had spots on them. I understand that due to a high demand for the holiday, some things may have needed to be substituted or changed but the quality should not have been that poor, especially for the price! I called the company almost immediately and was told they would send a replacement bouquet, which never came, and that I would receive a credit for a future purchase, which I still have not seen. So much for 100% satisfaction guaranteed! I will be calling again and hope this gets resolved but regardless, my Mother's Day gift was a waste. I will not be using this company again and would rather spend my money elsewhere.
