One suggestion I would make would be to show pictures of the "different levels" of arrangements. For example, for 9 dollars or so more I could have upgraded from "regular" to "deluxe", but I didn't know the difference in what they looked like from one another- So I just got "regular". A little pricey compared to some places- however, a great selection. I was amazed by the delivery. I knew it would be same day- but literally an hour later I got a text from my friend saying the flowers arrived. That meant a lot to me because it was a last minute sympathy gift, and if it didn't get there sooner than later, I would have been disappointed. So I applaud your speed and your commitment to sticking to (and excelling in) your same day delivery promise!

First time to place and order with this company, wife was in Las Vegas on vacation and I wanted to send flowers to the hotel, easy to order online, used the same day service and the price was outstanding. I did need to call customer service to check status and those folks are great .... The flowers were amazing and had such a great smell to them she said ...... I would order again !

I ordered these lillies as a true just because 6 days ago.. And she loves them just as much as the 1st day. They continue to bloom and the smell of lillies is a strong warming smell thruought the house. There are still some bulbs blooming. Only negative I have is the vase from picture was diffrent then what recieved.
