I used From You Flowers to send my mother-law-flowers for Easter. My husband I were nervous, having done so unsuccessfully from other online flower services in the past: Many other providers have been unable to fulfill our orders because of my in-laws rural location, something we learned only after our flowers were not delivered. From You Flowers was exceptional in every way: We were blown away to see my in-laws small town in the drop-down menu generated by entering their zip code, giving us great confidence from the beginning that delivery would be a success. When I emailed customer service on delivery day to check on the order, I heard back within minutes. And when my in-laws received their flowers in the expected delivery day, they were overjoyed with the beautiful arrangement they received. We will absolutely be using From You Flowers again!

There should be pictures up for every quality that you buy because I was unaware that the vase was not going to match the one in the photo! Also there weren't any of the little green ball fillers. I thought those were pretty and were going to be included but they were not!
