The arrangement was delivered in a vase instead of a pitcher, but when I contacted customer service through email they responded within 5 min with an apology and a gift certificate towards another arrangement. That is great customer service.

The flowers were beautiful but they did not come in the lemonade pitcher as pictured which made the arrangement look off because of the lemons in the arrangement. I was disappointed when I saw this flaw. I did call you and was told as an apology I would be e-mail a $15.00 coupon to use on my next order. I did not receive it.
