I ordered flowers for my sister-in-law's b-day. The flowers were advertised as same day delivery and they were not delivered until the following day (Late). I did get a refund of 4.95 for the flowers not being delivered on her b-day (same day delivery). I was embarrassed that my sister-in-law did not get my gift on her b-day. However this company was impressive in that they contacted me with their apologies (w/out me calling them) for the inconvenience and they also contacted my sister-in-law and apologized to her, So KUDOS for the customer service follow up. My sister-in-law said the flowers were beautiful and I did ask her to be honest as I would request a refund or upgrade if the flowers were not fresh and presented in a nice arrangement.
