I was very pleased with customer service, She got her flowers at the exact time I was told it would be delivered. I got help choosing the arrangement and I Thank the person that helped me. She was very experienced and I bought what she recommended and my daughter was so happy and everyone in the office wanted to know where the flowers were from, what company. Everyone loved the arrangement.

I had this delivered to my mother in law for mother's day and was extremely embarrased when i saw what was actually sent. First delivery left on her doorstep without any sort of wrapping. Open flowers sitting in a vase. Flowers all same dark purple color and look like a bouquet of flowers that was a few days old and had all the old flowers picked out. My children could have picked prettier weeds in the backyard.

Receptionist at the order desk via phone was so helpful and helped me find flowers in my price rage. Recepient said they were beautiful. Flowers were delivered next day as they said they would. Liked that I got a confirmation e-mail saying the flowers had been delivered.
