Hess Select Cabernet Sauvignon:  This wine has notable richness, intensity, and varietal character, showing jammy dark fruit aromas of Bing cherry with cedary barrel notes and a touch of spice.  A rich, round entry with ripe plum and raspberry in the forefront and a rich mid-palate with soft tannins on the finish.
Hess Select Chardonnay:  This Chardonnay offers tropical aromas of freshly-cut pineapple and ripe pear.  A soft entry of well-balanced fruit and oak persists all the way to a pleasing finish of honeydew melon and crème brûlée.
