I have not heard from my sister and family how the flowers were but her daughter said they were beautiful. I sent them in memory of my brother-in-law's father-not knowing when the funeral would be-the flowers were sent to the home for the family. I understand the flowers were delivered as described and in a timely fashion. The on-line ordering and information was excellent as well as the company follow-up.

The phone help was excellent. The flowers were for a funeral and the gentleman on line took the time to find out the time of the services as I was not given that information and live far away. I was told the flowers were beautiful and would agree if they are the same as the picture. I would use this service again because of the personal touch given to me as a consumer. Nothing worse than talking to recordings.
