From You Flowers: Additional Terms & Conditions

Brand Related Trademarks and Keywords Affiliate agrees not to register or use any URLs and/or domain names which are considered by From You Flowers to be infringing on the From You Flowers's name or trademarks, including but not limited to the From You Flowers trademark.

Affiliate agrees not to use, purchase or otherwise contract with a third party to exploit any of the From You Flowers' marks or registered domain names, or any marks or domain names which may, in From You Flowers' reasonable discretion, be confused with From You Flowers' marks or registered domain names, including but not limited to misspellings of From You Flowers' marks or registered domain names, whether in metatags or otherwise.

Affiliate may bid on such terms and phrases as relates to paid search, but MUST NOT OUTBID From You Flowers and must identify their links clearly as affiliate. Affiliate is restricted from using the From You Flowers URL (www.fromyouflowers.com) or any page in the From You Flowers's site as a landing page for paid search.

Breach of these terms will lead to immediate termination of Affiliate as an affiliate under this Agreement and will terminate any Engagements between From You Flowers and Affiliate immediately. Any redirection of the Customer by Affiliate for the purpose of generating commissions that the Affiliate might otherwise not be entitled to will lead to immediate termination of this Agreement.

Unauthorized Reference Codes

Affiliates are also advised not to post unauthorized discounts and reference codes so as to prevent missing commissions. Any sales incurred using a reference code not recognized as one from Google Affiliate Network will not be counted in the Affiliates commission.
